Some of the assignments she has spearheaded are; recruitment and selection, payroll management, performance management, job evaluation, training & development, disciplinary & grievance handling and solution as well as leading teams in executing HR strategies and planning.

Gladys holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Human Resources Management option), a post graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. She is also a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional – (SHRM – CP).
